CherryMax – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


1. Where do you ship from?
All our products are shipped from Germany. We offer both local and international shipping with tracking provided upon dispatch.

2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany takes 2–5 business days. International orders may take 5–12 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by contacting us at kontakt@cherrymax.de.

5. Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Shipping & Return Policy for full details.

6. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at kontakt@cherrymax.de with a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.

7. I ordered the wrong size/item. Can I change it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can help you modify it. Please email us immediately. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

8. Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
Currently, we do not offer customization. However, we are always working on exciting limited editions — stay tuned!

9. Are your phone cases and leather goods real leather?
Our products are crafted with a selection of high-quality materials. Each product page specifies whether it’s genuine leather, vegan leather, or another finish.
