1. How can I contact CherryMax?

You can reach us anytime at kontakt@cherrymax.de — we’re happy to help with sizing, product questions, returns, or tracking your order.

2. How do I track my item?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

3. How long does shipping take?

Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Shipping Time (based on carrier & destination):

  • Germany & EU: 2–7 business days

  • UK / USA / Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Other international: 7–14 business days

Express shipping options available at checkout.

4. How much does shipping cost?

  • Germany/EU orders over €30: Free Standard Shipping

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

  • Express or international shipping rates will vary depending on destination.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! CherryMax ships worldwide 🌍
International duties & taxes may apply (see below).

6. Who delivers my order?

Orders are shipped via reliable postal or courier services (DHL, DPD, UPS, etc.) and arrive directly to your address.

7. Where do you ship from?

All items ship from Germany.

8. What if I am unhappy with my order?

We’re human (and moms with wild kids 😅). If something's not right, please reach out to us first at kontakt@cherrymax.de — we’ll do our best to fix it before you leave a review.

9. What if I LOVE my order?

We wanna hear that too! Tag us @cherrymax.de on IG or drop a review. Your support helps us grow 🍒✨

10. Can I change my shipping address after confirmation?

Unfortunately, we cannot edit the address once the order has been shipped. Please double-check your info before checkout.

11. What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery?

CherryMax is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
We recommend adding Route Shipping Insurance at checkout. If you decline, you accept full responsibility.


💸 IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Your order may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, depending on your country.

  • CherryMax is not responsible for customs charges or delays.

  • All duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details.


🔁 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

1. Do you accept returns?

Yes — items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Buyer pays return shipping

  • A €6.95 restocking fee applies

Sale/promotional items are final and not returnable.

Contact us first at kontakt@cherrymax.de. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


2. Can I exchange an item?

We don’t do direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order with your preferred size/style.


3. I changed my mind — now what?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP.
After shipment, it will need to be returned according to our policy.


4. How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–14 business days after we receive your return.
Funds will be returned to your original payment method.


5. Full Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags

  • Wrong/damaged items may be replaced (pending approval)

  • Order cancellations must be made within 2 hours of purchase

  • 10% cancellation fee applies if the order was already processed

📦 Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
❗ CherryMax reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.


6. What if my items are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery?

We are not responsible for any issues once your package is marked as delivered.

Add Route Shipping Insurance during checkout to protect your order. If you opt out, you accept full liability.


7. Can I get a refund for gift cards?

🎁 Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
